Join HUB International as the Senior Vice President, Pro Ex Canadian Claims Leader, where your experience in complex claims will directly impact client advocacy and policy analysis. This strategic role emphasizes partnership with clients and effective claims management.
Partnering with the Claims Department, you will utilize over seven years of advanced claims experience to help clients navigate coverage disputes, facilitate negotiations, and provide advisory solutions in areas such as Cyber, Directors & Officers, and Employment Practices claims. Your insights will drive cost-effective solutions and mentor a team of advocacy professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discussions on claim disputes and resolution strategies
• Review coverage and recommend effective solutions
• Engage with clients to draft special servicing instructions
• Analyze policy wording for compliance and clarity
• Offer mentorship to claims professionals in the industry
Requirements:
• 7+ years of expertise in consulting on claims
• Post-secondary legal education (LL.B. or JD) essential
• Strong interpretation and analytical ability
• Proficient communication in verbal and written forms
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous
