As part of Sovereign Insurance, a branch of The Co-operators, the successful candidate will have at least 10 years of underwriting experience, with strong leadership skills. You will develop and maintain underwriting standards, support audits, and foster productive relationships. Your efforts will ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio analysis to maintain underwriting profitability

• Create and maintain policy guidelines and resource tools

• Participate in corporate underwriting standards and philosophy

• Support audits and implement necessary action plans

• Prepare necessary reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in commercial automobile underwriting

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics

• Must have training and coaching experience

• Proven ability to manage projects effectively

• Fluent in English;
French is an asset
