Condominium and Liability Claims Advisor

Location: Montreal

Provide essential support to clients as a Claims Advisor III at TD Insurance in Montreal, Quebec. You will guide customers through complex condominium and liability claims with empathy and professionalism.

In this advanced role, you'll manage moderately complex condominium and third-party liability claims for Quebec clients, helping them navigate the claims process. You will review policy details, assess damages, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with various stakeholders including property managers and syndicates, ensuring clear communication throughout each claim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through claims process with clarity and empathy

• Manage complex condominium and liability claims through resolution

• Review insurance policies and supporting documents thoroughly

• Investigate claims and negotiate fair settlements

• Keep detailed documentation and track claims progress

Requirements:

• Valid claims adjuster license recognized by AMF

• Minimum four years of relevant insurance experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in French and English

• Ability to manage claims desk effectively
