Key Responsibilities:
• Solve intricate actuarial problems using innovative approaches
• Oversee strategic initiatives related to rate making and data science
• Implement process enhancements with impactful recommendations
• Lead and coach team members to achieve shared goals
• Deliver insightful analysis to relevant stakeholders promptly
Requirements:
• University degree or a combination of relevant experience
• ACAS or similar certification is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of actuarial experience in P&C Insurance
• Proficient in SAS, VBA, R, or Python
• Quebec candidates must be bilingual for stakeholder interactions
