In this senior role, you will manage a portfolio of complex CGL claims, including Bodily Injury and Property Damage. You will lead investigations, formulate settlement strategies, and oversee external counsel during litigation processes. Additionally, mentoring Claims Adjusters and guiding external partners are key aspects of your responsibility, allowing you to enhance team performance and claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims

• Conduct detailed coverage and liability analyses

• Oversee litigation management plans and external counsel

• Develop strategic settlement initiatives for claims

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in CGL claims handling

• Expertise in litigation management and Quebec civil law

• Bilingual in English and French, excellent communication skills

• Proven track record in mentoring and technical leadership
