Job Description  We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support a key initiative focused on translating work instructions from English to French. This role contributes directly to our francization efforts by ensuring that our documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with language requirements.
This is a temporary contract position (6 to 9 months), with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities   Translate work instructions from English to French using an established process
Prepare and organize files for translation
Use translation tools to support the process
Integrate translated content and technical drawings into existing documents following established formats
Format documents to ensure readability and compliance with print requirement.
Job qualifications   Experience in administration, documentation, or data entry
Strong written proficiency in French
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured processes
Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is an asset
Must be comfortable with working with repetitive tasks requiring consistency and precision
