Become the technical backbone at HP Canada as a Customer Success Engineer specializing in HP Indigo presses. You'll excel in diagnosing issues and providing expert maintenance support at customer sites.
The HP Indigo Customer Success Engineer focuses on ensuring optimal performance of HP Indigo digital presses. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and training customers to maintain equipment reliability. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction by solving complex technical issues and providing on-site and remote assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission HP Indigo presses at customer locations
• Diagnose hardware and software issues to find solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and press calibrations
• Deliver Ramp-Up training for new customers
• Maintain service records and technical documentation
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with HP products
• HP Indigo Certification or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with DFE/RIP software
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
