Join Vertafore as a detail-oriented Temporary Documentation Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on updating and restructuring product documentation in both English and French.

In this position, you will work closely with the Training & Content Team and Product Managers to bring outdated documentation up to speed. Your responsibilities will include reviewing existing materials for inconsistencies and improving usability based on adult learning principles. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure clarity and alignment with current branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product documentation in English and French for updates

• Update and restructure documents for improved clarity and usability

• Use release notes to reflect product changes in documentation

• Validate workflows by accessing product systems or environments

• Partner with Product Managers to clarify documentation needs

Requirements:

• Experience in documentation review and restructuring

• Strong attention to detail in bilingual contexts

• Ability to apply adult learning principles

• Knowledge of document version control and maintenance
