We are looking to grow our database of linguists to work on projects for our clients within our Retail and MCM divisions.

Our Retail division works with Luxury Brands, apparel, hair, makeup, and other beauty products. MCM stands for Multicultural Marketing. MCM services go beyond straight forward, word‑for‑word translations; they address the challenges of adapting marketing concepts and content that incorporate creative language and imagery in order to deliver the brand message.

These two teams work hand in hand, and are looking for linguists to capture the intent of the source and convey the message in idiomatic and colloquial language.

• Hair
• Makeup

• Translate and proofread various types of documents (based on subject matter expertise)
• Ensure translated documents mirror the original source document
• Efficiently maintain formal disciplined operational procedures across variety of client projects
• Track project‑specific non‑conformances and resolutions
• Personally perform project QA steps
• Properly utilize all appropriate supplemental materials (refer to client PAQ, reference materials, glossaries, etc.) making sure they are consistent throughout the jobs
• Be responsible for any errors/omissions associated with a project in which they are involved
• Be comfortable with Copy‑Adapt/Adaptive Editing/Transcreation jobs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in target language Canadian French, as well as in English
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills
• Satisfactory results on company tests
• Minimum passing grade (subject to individual language) on appropriate foreign language tests, as applicable

Le bureau de Trans Perfect basé à Montréal est à la recherche de traducteurs‑réviseurs de l’anglais au français de différents niveaux d’expérience (intermédiaire ou principal) dans le domaine bancaire et des assurances. Vous serez responsable de traduire et de réviser des documents appartenant à divers clients. Trans Perfect offre la possibilité de travailler en mode hybride à partir du bureau situé au centre‑ville de Montréal.

• Traduire et réviser du contenu à haute visibilité dans le domaine bancaire et des assurances.
• Fournir des traductions adaptées au marché canadien‑français en ayant recours entre autres à des expressions idiomatiques.
• Être propriétaire de marque en devenant une extension de la marque du client au sein de Trans Perfect et en main tenant la cohérence de la marque dans tous les projets.
• Utiliser et mettre à jour les mémoires de traduction et les glossaires.
• Composer avec de multiples projets et priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
• Tenir les gestionnaires de projet au courant de l’évolution de chaque projet et respecter les délais internes et des clients.
