Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve inbound customer queries via concierge helpline

• Manage P2P ticket efficiently, improving service quality

• Assist users in familiarizing with P2P processes

• Act as a single point of contact for E2E P2P inquiries

• Ensure timely and accurate query resolution

Requirements:

• Bilingual French/English mandatory;
Spanish is a plus

• 2-4 years P2P experience, including invoice processing

• Familiarity with SAP and Service Now/RTTMS
