Smardt recherche un spécialiste de la chaîne d'approvisionnement expérimenté dans la gestion des catégories !

Smardt is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who is experienced in category management!

• Develop the regional supply chain strategy action planning and ensure alignment with business needs and our global supply chain strategy.
• Deliver saving and TWC improvement KPI's.
• Manage global relationships with critical suppliers.
• Implement strategy sourcing with integrated category management, including establishing strong relations with strategic suppliers, consolidating spend to achieve competitive cost and best commercial terms, driving supplier VAVE, conducting competitive bidding, and build and optimize price model.
• Drive more lead cost country sourcing (China/Mexico sourcing) to keep competitive supplier base.
• Develop and improve supplier management program, including supplier selection, approval & registration process, supplier assessment scorecard and deactivation.
• Design and improve procure-to-pay process.
• Closely collaborate with operations to drive supplier performance improvement in delivery and quality.
• Develop and execute supply chain continuity plan to proactively mitigate risks and protect revenue.
• Be involved in designing and implementing global procurement infrastructure, including global purchasing policy and process, contract management, vendor master administration platform, e-tools.
• Lead supplier selection and cost reduction in major IDM towers, including MRO/Professional service/IT/Logistics/FM etc.

• a minimum of 2-5 years experience in sourcing management (a good understanding of supply chain category management is a preferred asset)
• HVAC or relevant manufacturing industry knowledge, familiar with the HVAC industry suppliers
• a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other relevant background.
• Strong Excel skills, advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
• ERP experience preferred, we work with Business Central (BC) so if you have this knowledge, please let us know!
