*** Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (atout).
* 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou opérations d’assemblage.
* Admissible à réussir une évaluation de la Direction des marchandises contrôlées du Canada (DMC/CGD) ainsi que toute exigence connexe en matière de sécurité/conformité, selon les besoins du poste.
* Expérience avec SAP et la suite Microsoft Office.
* Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
* Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
* Capacité à rester debout et/ou marcher pendant de longues périodes, jusqu’à 4 à 6 heures par jour, avec ou sans mesures d’adaptation raisonnables.
* Monitor critical part deliveries using logistics systems and provide real-time updates while coordinating with shipping partners to resolve delays.
* Provide daily reports to operations leadership on critical pacing hardware.
* Contribute to daily and weekly production meetings to support production starts and resolve issues.
* Proactively identify and escalate potential risks within the supply chain and production areas.
* Validate inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* Work with quality teams to expedite resolution of quality notifications and reduce impact on production schedules.
* Operations Management or Supply Chain Management Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or assembly operations.
* Must be eligible to successfully complete a Canadian Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD) assessment and any related security/compliance requirements for access to controlled goods, as applicable to the role.
* Experience with SAP & Microsoft office systems.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environ ment and manage multiple priorities.
* Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods as required by the job, up to 4-6 hours per day, with or without reasonable accommodations.
