West Island, QC - 35 hour work week, 2 days onsite following a training period

Our client is looking for a detail oriented inventory and logistics coordinator to support the Supply Chain & Logistics team for a 4-6 month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute inventory transfers between LSPs
- Coordinate inventory movements between LSPs and contract packagers
- Manage product movements from local manufacturing sites to LSPs
- Plan and execute monthly destruction of expired goods and weekly short dated inventory status changes
- Any related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills in MSOffice;
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSTeams and capable of quickly adapting to other applications.

- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Ability to manage/facilitate remote meetings through Zoom/MSTeams
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Work effectively in a team-based environment to be a valued partner with fellow colleagues, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders
