The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating VMI order execution, warehouse communication, delivery follow‑up, discrepancy resolution, and invoicing readiness. This role works closely with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day supply chain operations and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate order releases and shipping instructions with warehouses.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments and deliveries.
- Maintain operational dashboards and track order status.
- Review and validate shipping documents (BOLs/PODs).
- Investigate inventory, delivery, and shipment discrepancies.
- Coordinate damage claims and inventory adjustments.
- Support monthly audits and invoicing readiness.
- Participate in warehouse performance reviews and process improvements.
- Support logistics quoting and warehouse onboarding for new programs.
- Must be fluent in English (written/spoken) as most dealings are with US market
- Detail‑oriented and have an analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- 2‑4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Good, clear communicator in person, via telephone and email
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Resourceful and organized
- Has a good sense of judgment
- Team player in a very collaborative, open environment
- Must work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines
- Computer skills:
Excel‑Outlook‑Word, prior SAPB1 experience an asset

Le coordonnateur de la chaîne d’approvisionnement est responsable de la coordination de l’exécution des commandes VMI, de la communication avec les entrepôts, du suivi des livraisons, de la résolution des écarts et de la préparation à la facturation. Ce rôle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les entrepôts, les transporteurs, les clients et les équipes internes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et de maintenir un haut niveau de service.
Responsabilitésprincipales
- Coordonner les lancements de commandes et les instructions d’expédition avec les entrepôts. Planifier et assurer le suivi des rendez‑vous et des livraisons.
- Maintenir les tableaux de bord opérationnels et suivre l’état des commandes.
- Vérifier et valider les documents d’expédition (connaissements/BOL et preuves de livraison/POD).
- Enquêter sur les écarts d’inventaire, de livraison et d’expédition.
- Coordonner les réclamations pour dommages et les ajustements d’inventaire.
- Soutenir les audits mensuels et la préparation à la facturation.
- Participer aux évaluations de performance des entrepôts et aux améliorations des processus.
- Soutenir les sou missions logistiques et l’intégration de nouveaux entrepôts pour les nouveaux programmes.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit, puisque la majorité des interactions se font avec le marché américain.
