Step into a critical Quality Manager role within Airbus's supply chain team in Mirabel, Québec. Focus on supplier oversight and compliance to elevate supply chain performance through hybrid work arrangements.
As a key player in the General Procurement team, you will leverage your experience in procurement and quality functions to manage critical supplier relationships within the A220 aircraft Programme. This position demands a proactive approach to supplier audits and performance monitoring while ensuring adherence to quality standards across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer supplier approvals and qualification processes
• Monitor and report on supplier delivery and quality metrics
• Evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous performance enhancements
• Engage in supplier development initiatives for ongoing improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Five years in quality or supply chain management
• Bilingual in French and English
• Project management certification is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP and Airbus quality systems
