Supply chain – Mirabel, Quebec – Permanent, Full-time

Safran Landing Systems, a global leader in aircraft landing gear, seeks a Supply Chain professional to ensure the smooth flow of physical inbound and outbound logistics for major aircraft components. Responsibilities include coordinating reception, storage, packaging, shipping and supporting continuous improvement of physical stock management.

• Coordinate and exchange information among internal and external stakeholders, propose flexibility actions to absorb unexpected loads, and implement tools for smooth operations.
• Daily operational follow‑up on costs, quality, schedules, safety, customs and transport.
• Organize stock according to storage rules and 5S principles and act as the correspondence document control (GDA) for reception‑shipping.
• Ensure system inventories match physical reality and manage the aerospace parts warehouse.
• Maintain business continuity planning (PCA).
• Support daily tasks linked to production order launches, subcontractor management and coupon metrics, reporting and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform inventory according to rules and ensure system data align with physical reality.
• Manage daily local and international shipping tasks, process transport invoices, report and resolve discrepancies, and communicate monthly budget variance analyses.
• Control billing of services, manage logistics claims, raise priority conflicts, resolve transport disputes, handle incidents, and lead QRQC/RPO initiatives.

• DEC in production management, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in continuous improvement.
• Knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles.
• APICS Basic of supply chain management (asset).
• Excellent oral and written French communication to interact with other Safran sites and partners.

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
