Key Responsibilities:

• Execute urgent spare parts procurement via multiple communication methods

• Prioritize parts shortages to support immediate aircraft service

• Maintain proactive communication with customers during AOG situations

• Coordinate supply flows to meet service level agreements

• Resolve discrepancies in material flows and ensure supplier accountability

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in procurement or time-sensitive operations

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is beneficial

• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts

• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure
