Supply Chain Internship at Completion Center

Location: Dorval

Shape your future in supply chain with a 12-month internship at Completion Center. This role includes analyzing parked invoices, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payments.

This internship is designed for students enrolled in business administration or related fields. You will independently manage tasks such as creating purchase orders and expediting orders with suppliers. Fluency in both French and English is essential as you support logistics and document preparations for vendor PMR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze parked and blocked invoices for payment

• Resolve issues preventing payment of invoices

• Create or revise purchase orders for invoices

• Expedite open purchase orders with suppliers

• Support logistics agents with documentation

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in business administration program

• Independent worker with strong initiative

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to occasionally travel outside Canada

Contribute to supply chain efficiency through diligent invoice analysis, order management, and bilingual support.
