• Monitor and resolve freight payment exceptions (rate mismatches, duplicates, missing data).
• Investigate discrepancies using shipment details and rate information; coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Review invoices for accuracy (linehaul, fuel, accessorials) and support transportation issue resolution.
• Track exceptions, maintain documentation, and report trends and root causes.
• Contribute to and help drive process improvements; support execution of projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

• Minimum of two (2+) years hands‑on experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service within a professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail, solid problem‑solving and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Practical experience working with Excel and business systems such as TMS, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross‑team work.
• Exposure to freight billing, transportation operations, or carrier coordination, with an understanding of the shipment lifecycle and associated charges.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and working knowledge of data analysis concepts.
• Experience supporting or contributing to projects, process improvements, or cross‑functional initiatives.
