Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve parked and blocked invoice issues

• Follow up on prepayment requests and payment processes

• Create and revise purchase orders efficiently

• Expedite communication with suppliers on orders

• Support logistics agents in documentation and tasks

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration

• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

• Strong ability to work independently in a team

• Eagerness to travel for work-related training

• Flexible with a hybrid work schedule
