Completion Center Supply Chain Intern

Embark on a 12-month Supply Chain Internship at Completion Center. This role focuses on invoice analysis, payment facilitation, and client communications for successful order management.

Ideal for students in business administration, this internship allows you to take on responsibilities independently while developing essential skills. You'll monitor parked invoices and work on purchase orders, requiring fluency in French and English to support logistics and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve parked and blocked invoice issues

• Follow up on payments for outstanding invoices

• Create and revise purchase orders as needed

• Expedite open orders with suppliers proactively

• Assist logistic agents with vendor documentation

Requirements:

• Registered in a business administration or related program

• Capacity for independent work and problem-solving

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Occasional travel outside Canada may be required
