Embark on a Sourcing Internship at our Completion Center with a hybrid work model. Collaborate closely with a Senior Agent on procurement tasks while developing essential skills.
This 4-month internship is designed for students of business administration or supply chain management. You will engage in preparing governance materials, negotiating contracts, and managing legal documents. Strong writing and analytical skills alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement activities with a Senior Agent
• Develop governance materials for executive review
• Participate in negotiation and contractual discussions
• Handle legal documentation responsibly
• Clearly communicate findings from data analyses
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant business program
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of SAP an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
