What are your contributions to the team?

Develop and execute strategies to ensure components and materials arrive at the right place at the right time.

Work closely with purchasing teams (supply parameters, purchased order frequency, required delivery dates, etc.).

Participate in continuous improvement or supply process transformation projects.

Contribute to change management and solve complex supply chain issues.

Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for improvement projects.

Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to work autonomously and influence decisions.

Proficiency in planning and analysis tools (BaaN, SAP, Excel, Power BI).

In-depth knowledge of supply processes.

Degree in Business Administration, Operations and Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Relevant experience in material planning or supply strategy (5+ years recommended).

Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.

Additional training in project management, continuous improvement, or an MBA (an asset).
