Enhance supply chain excellence as a Materials Coordinator II in Calgary, AB. This role is pivotal for managing materials logistics and ensuring efficiencies throughout maintenance operations.
We are searching for a highly organized Materials Coordinator II for a one-year contract. You will be responsible for coordinating materials throughout the supply chain while acting as a vital interface between procurement and operations. Key tasks include ordering materials, monitoring inventories, and utilizing SAP to keep accurate records, as well as assisting with risk-based stocking strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate materials activities for site maintenance and projects
• Serve as liaison between operations and procurement teams
• Order materials and verify delivery efficiency
• Maintain detailed inventory records and stock oversight
• Support logistics for repairable materials and returns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Previous materials coordination or supply chain experience
• Proficient in SAP material catalogs
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Your attention to detail and coordination skills will be key in driving success in Calgary.
