In this role, you will coordinate purchasing activities under general supervision, focusing on optimal supply chain management. With a minimum of five years of experience required, you’ll utilize MRP systems and engage with suppliers to ensure defect-free material flow at the lowest costs. Your expertise in Oracle and advanced Excel skills will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchasing activities to meet material forecast commitments
• Place orders based on MRP requirements efficiently
• Monitor supplier delivery and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain competitive supplier relationships and negotiate agreements
• Provide guidance to junior team members on procurement processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong MRP understanding and Oracle experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
