Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship and Data Management:
    Establish and maintain trusting relationships with airlines regarding the management of their parts.
  • Analyze data provided by internal departments to identify and correct inconsistencies before transmission to clients.
  • Update and communicate BFE parts lists to clients in line with parts supply deadlines.
  • Confirm good receipt of their parts to clients.
  • Logistical Coordination and

    Risk Management:

    Collaborate closely with the logistics team to anticipate delivery delay risks and develop mitigation measures.
  • Provide support to the logistics team in closing non-conformities.
  • Manage escalations from the assembly line related to delivery delays that could directly compromise the production chain.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Actively participate in local and transnational improvement projects.
Desired profile
  • Diploma:
    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
  • Expertise in aeronautical logistics:
    Mastery of processes, quality standards, traceability and supplier management.
  • Stakeholder management:
    Experience in managing client expectations and coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality) and suppliers.
  • Data analysis:
    Ability to use ERP data and dashboards to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Leadership and problem-solving:
    Ability to mobilize teams, manage priorities and effectively resolve critical situations.
  • Negotiation:
    Strong skills to influence suppliers and ensure prioritization of critical deliveries.
  • Mobility:
    Availability for national and international travel (less than 5%).
