Step into the Distribution Center Planning Manager role at HD Supply, where you will lead production and labor planning efforts. Target key performance indicators to boost operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing the execution of strategic plans in the distribution center. Collaborating closely with departmental leaders, you will forecast labor needs and develop staffing strategies.
Your role includes resolving operational challenges and monitoring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production planning with distribution teams
• Adjust staffing and resources to meet targets
• Train teams on production planning tools and processes
• Facilitate meetings to track progress and resolve issues
• Analyze bottlenecks and implement solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning
• Experience in warehouse management environments
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams
