Elevate supplier performance with Bombardier as an Advanced Supplier Management Agent in Montreal. Drive assessments, enhance planning, and ensure quality in our supply chain processes.

This role centers on supplier capacity and capability enhancements, required for maintaining excellence in aircraft performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations. You will conduct assessments, manage performance KPIs, and facilitate audits to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier capacity and capability assessments

• Evaluate demand and inventory planning processes

• Assess manufacturing processes and regulatory adherence

• Drive supplier performance management through KPIs

• Enable analytics for improved forecasting and planning

Requirements:

• Experience in supplier management and assessments

• Knowledge of S&OP, procurement, and production planning

• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation

• Strong analytical skills with SAP and analytics tools

• Willingness to be present in the Montreal office two days a week
