This role may be a great fit if you've worked as a Scheduler, Buyer, Materials Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Analyst, Production Coordinator, or in a similar operations-focused role. While aerospace experience is an asset, we are primarily looking for strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. We welcome candidates from manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, and warehouse environments who are eager to learn the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate and lead day‑to‑day aerospace integration and kitting operations to support aircraft engine production schedules
  • Ensure execution aligns with integration plans, priorities, and operational requirements
  • Adapt workflows quickly to changing production and material demands in a production‑driven environment

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve integration, kitting, and material flow processes
  • Drive and support the implementation of standardized methods that improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery timelines

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary operational interface between Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Production teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers regarding material availability and integration readiness

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to airworthiness, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain operational discipline within a regulated aerospace and engine MRO environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft engine MRO operations, including Strip, Repair, and Build cycles is an asset, but candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, production planning, or materials management are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of material flow and logistics processes (purchasing, repair, exchanges, kitting, inventory control)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, production‑driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in bilingual environments (English & French)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and business productivity tools

What we offer you:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Time to recharge with vacation, personal days, holidays, and parental leaves
  • Comprehensive Family Medical, Dental and Vision coverage available on your first day of employment
  • Virtual Health Care (24/7 access to medical professionals)
  • A Wellness Spending Account to aid in your wellness journey
  • Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) which includes free face to face counselling sessions
  • Medical Travel Insurance
