PAL Aerospace Supply Chain Vendor Manager

Lead procurement initiatives as a Vendor Manager at PAL Aerospace, focusing on the Future Aircrew Training Program in Ottawa, Toronto, or St. John’s. Collaborate across teams to redefine training standards for the RCAF.

This key role involves working closely with the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics to oversee procurement strategies and manage vendor relations. Your contributions will drive operational stability and compliance, ensuring the success of this critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the strategic procurement process effectively

• Lead negotiations and manage major sourcing contracts

• Ensure that ITB requirements are met through purchases

• Document processes and ensure inter-departmental compliance

• Maintain vendor relationships for optimal service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
