As the Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team focused on purchasing and maintaining the delivery workflow of parts. You will directly communicate with upper management to ensure customer satisfaction and team performance.

Your role involves identifying process inefficiencies and spearheading necessary training to optimize operations and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide purchasing and delivery flow management

• Oversee team training and performance monitoring

• Facilitate communication with the Director

• Identify and enhance workflow efficiencies

• Lead meetings on material management strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain

• At least 5 years in a related role

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP tools

• Ability to multitask under pressure
