Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead sourcing negotiations

• Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities

• Develop strategic relationships with suppliers

• Support contract amendments and compliance

• Participate in supplier program reviews and governance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or program management

• Proficient in both French and English

• Familiarity with lean concepts and project management tools
