Position: CN Communication Centre Dispatch Analyst
Location: Montreal

Take on a pivotal role at CN as a Dispatch Analyst in the Communication Centre. This 12-month contract requires you to support CN Police with round-the-clock communication and dispatch services.

Bring your 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatching to a challenging office environment where safety is paramount. You will use your skills to coordinate vital communication between stakeholders during emergencies, ensuring effective incident management. Your expertise will help maintain community safety and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 dispatch support for CN Police

• Utilize CAD systems for emergency call handling

• Maintain accurate logs for critical incidents

• Coordinate actions between various emergency services

• Monitor and ensure officer safety throughout shifts

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of dispatching experience

• Understanding of radio communication practices

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Excellent computer and typing abilities

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations
