The Procurement Specialist will report to the Procurement Manager, playing a vital role in major sourcing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass acquiring critical materials and services for the bridge project while balancing Buy Canada policies and local regulations. Effective coordination with stakeholders across regions ensures that every material is delivered as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing initiatives for bridge-related components
• Negotiate and manage high-value contracts
• Oversee logistics and transportation of key materials
• Ensure compliance with trade agreements and regulations
• Serve as a bilingual liaison for project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement
• Fluency in French and English
• Technical knowledge of CCDC contracts
• Proficient in SAP Ariba and Procore
Contribute to a landmark infrastructure project that connects communities and supports economic development.
