This role involves leading efforts to track and improve key performance indicators while standardizing processes to enhance operational efficacy. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and safety. Your strategy formulation will directly reduce discrepancies and improve overall productivity through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and report on key performance indicators

• Identify variances and develop corrective strategies

• Oversee logistics services and operational workflows

• Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards

• Facilitate performance evaluations and coaching

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain preferred

• Strong experience in logistics and inventory management

• Proficient in SAP and related tools

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel
