A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsabilities

Long-term Capacity Management:
Assess current capacity to address any gaps between long-term forecast and long-term capacity planning

Resource allocation:
Become the gate keeper of the station’s capacity by overseeing the different variable bellow:building capacity with the alignment of the physical specifications of the stationsoperational capacity by considering equipment, staffing plans, layout, and other relevant factors.delivery capacity by considering driver availability, vehicle types, parcel mix, and similar factors.

Collaboration:

Work with Sales, Operation, Finance and various other department to provide visibility and transparencies on the capacity of across the network, while also making sure that all insight we receive from the other stakeholder are accounted for.

Risk management:

Identify potential risks related to capacity constraints and propose mitigation strategies.

Developing Strategies:
Implementing strategies for effective logistics operations

Reporting:
Preparing accurate reports for upper management

Become the main representative of the capacity in the S&OP process

Assess opportunities of regions where speed would increase our market share

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and the ability to work with complex datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of capacity planning
