Procurement Coordinator at La Vie en Rose

Location: Montreal

Become a key player in procurement with La Vie en Rose, coordinating essential supply needs for our Canadian and U.S. stores. Your expertise will drive contract negotiations and supplier relationships to ensure operational success.

In this full-time role, you will support procurement operations, working closely with the Director of Procurement - Goods and Services. Strong attention to detail and initiative will be crucial as you handle supply requests, negotiate contracts, and foster communication between stores and internal teams. Your impact will help meet the unique operational needs of La Vie en Rose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate national supply purchasing contracts and terms

• Coordinate supply requests from stores and Head Office

• Support U.S. stores with procurement needs

• Research new suppliers and procurement opportunities

• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiar with Share Point

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
