Take charge of logistics operations as an International Operations Logistics Coordinator. This role is your pathway to work within an innovative, family-oriented company that values logistics excellence.
As part of our International Division, you will coordinate and optimize logistics processes for licensed partners and La Vie en Rose Trading. Your key focus will be on managing shipments, validating logistics documents, and maintaining ongoing communication with various stakeholders to streamline operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and manage follow-ups with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Validate and review shipping and logistics documents
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
• Track logistics activities for timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Transportation, Logistics, or similar
• 3 to 5 years of relevant logistics experience
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
• Familiarity with apparel and retail logistics is a plus
