Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate essential supplier contracts

• Implement compliance policies and procedures in procurement

• Supervise purchasing and store keeping staff effectively

• Manage supply chain risks and urgent procurement situations

• Monitor budgets for the Canadian Logistics Terminals group

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or college diploma plus relevant experience

• 7-10 years in purchasing within contract management

• Oil and gas industry experience is an asset

• Analytical capabilities and negotiation expertise required

• French proficiency paired with English communication skills
