In this role, you'll coordinate daily rail logistics, supporting AIM's commitment to excellence in metal recycling. Your key tasks include monitoring railcar flows, authorizing releases, and communicating efficiently with internal teams. Extensive knowledge of logistics, alongside excellent planning and organizational skills, will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorize railcar releases per AIM guidelines

• Monitor and manage product routing and diversions

• Prepare operational reports on railcar availability

• Track purchase orders and maintain records

• Collaborate with yard staff to meet shipping deadlines

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of logistics experience required

• Bilingual communication in French and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to work independently and as a team member
