Hagen Group is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning activities across a diverse product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP, and supply chain analytics, combined with proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across Canada by improving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory flow, strengthening supplier performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

How You’ll Be Contributing:- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning across a complex product portfolio.
- Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance,Purchasing, and Operations teams.
- Develop forecasts and inventory plans that support customer demand, operational efficiency, and working capital objectives.
- Ensure efficient product flow across North American warehouses supporting both retail and DTC distribution.
- Utilize Netstock, ERP systems, and analytics tools tooptimizeinventory,identify supply risks, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, OTIF, supplier performance, and customer order fill rate.
- Build andmaintainreporting dashboards and planning tools using Power BI and ERP systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and forecast reliability.
- Support product launches and transitions to ensure smooth execution and supply continuity.
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing planning team within a collaborative,solutions-oriented environment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehousing,Purchasing, and Finance teams to drive operational alignment.
- Lead through change with strong communication, adaptability, and a people-first leadership approach.
- Support import, sea freight, supplier coordination, and traffic planning activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to mitigate disruptions and improve supply continuity.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through data-driven planning and supplier collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, ora related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, or operations roles.
- 3+ yearsof strongmanagement experience.
- Strongexpertisein forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, and supply chain analytics.
- Advancedproficiencywith ERP systems and inventory planning software such as Netstock,Tecsys,or similar platforms.
- Experience using
Tableauor other data visualization and reporting tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change with empathy, structure, and accountability.
