Location: Dorval

Our client is currently looking to add a logistics and shipping clerk for their ever growing global company.. If you have a background in administration or a passion for working with a close team then this is the position for you. They may have various tasks that will be given as part of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines..
  • Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure work quality.
  • Ability to learn products including technical details.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Main tasks for this position:
  • Set up inventory stock received from subsidiaries of and national suppliers.
  • Use computer for inventory/shipping/receiving in SAP and Swisslog systems.
  • Verify conformity of incoming parts using shop measurement tools and documentation.
  • Packing, shipping/receiving and general cleaning.
  • Placing Shipping labels on packaging
Qualifications
  • Bilingual English and French (spoken and written)
  • English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
  • 1-2 years preferred in an administrative/related field
  • Experience in inventory or logistics
  • Someone who wants to work for a close team and culture
