Director of Global Supply Chain at Galvion

Excel in a strategic role at Galvion as the Director of Global Master Planning. Focus on enhancing operational performance through effective capacity management and collaboration.

This pivotal position is responsible for executing the SIOP process, ensuring that customer delivery commitments are achieved across multiple sites. You will work closely with program leadership, engineering teams, and supply chain partners to translate capabilities into actionable plans. Your analytical skills and hands-on ERP proficiency will empower you to provide insights that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SIOP process in synergy with various teams

• Develop the Global Master Schedule, ensuring resource alignment

• Conduct capacity planning and gap analyses

• Guarantee accurate data entry in ERP/MRP systems

• Support integration of engineering requirements in scheduling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar

• Minimum 7 years in SIOP and supply chain roles

• Demonstrated experience with global SIOP processes

• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., INFOR Syteline)

• Excellent communication and project management abilities
