GDI, a leader in women's fashion, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Coordinator for its Indirect Procurement Department. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in procurement and a proactive approach to optimize workflows. You will work closely with the Store Operations team to support purchasing processes and compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on stakeholder requests

• Manage procurement activities for accuracy and compliance

• Serve as primary contact for internal procurement inquiries

• Track open purchase orders and resolve issues promptly

• Partner with Finance for invoice reconciliation and supplier payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain roles

• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and purchase order software

• Bilingualism in French and English required
