Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and close purchase orders with proper approvals

• Investigate invoice exceptions and resolve payment blockers
• Provide support on Oracle Procurement and purchasing policies
• Prepare reports on spend, POs, and supplier performance
Requirements:
• College diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Practical knowledge of ERP procurement systems
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
