Reporting to the Team Lead, Warehouse and Procurement, the incumbent contributes to the smooth operation of daily activities related to procurement and internal services. They ensure various follow‑ups related to inventory, orders, and the needs of stores and internal departments, while also participating in logistics activities and process improvement initiatives.

• Follow up on secondary inventories from the various departments and ensure data is kept up to date;
• Monitor orders, quantities, and recurring needs;
• Analyze data, discrepancies, and trends to support decision‑making and process optimization;
• Participate in various logistics support activities, including shuttles, shipments, box pickups, rolling racks, and material handling;
• Support the logistics preparation for store openings, internal events, room reconfigurations, and ad hoc requests from various departments;
• Ensure that records, carrier address books, procedures, and the department’s various tracking tools are kept up to date;
• Communicate with stores to carry out the necessary follow‑ups and respond effectively to their requests;
• Collaborate with internal teams and various stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of activities;
• Participate in identifying improvement opportunities to help enhance the department’s operational efficiency.
