Lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations as a Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist with high independence and accountability. Deliver measurable savings and value across indirect categories.
This senior procurement specialist develops sourcing strategies and manages complex indirect spend categories. The work includes RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, market research, spend analysis, and supplier selection. You will partner with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, Marketing, and other functions to develop sourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing strategies for assigned indirect spend categories
Lead competitive bids, supplier selection, and negotiations
Evaluate suppliers across cost, quality, service, and risk
Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance reviews
Track savings pipelines, realized savings, and contract compliance
Requirements:
Three to six or more years in procurement or strategic sourcing
Experience leading RFP and RFQ processes
Experience negotiating with suppliers
Strong analytical and financial capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Apply strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder influence to advance indirect procurement performance and supplier value.
