Lead procurement and logistics transformation work streams in Montreal, Quebec, supporting a major Oracle SCM program and enterprise process change.
This Procurement and Logistics Lead guides procurement, inventory, supplier management, and logistics work streams. The position drives future-state process design and implementation across a major Oracle SCM transformation program. It also supports workshops, solution reviews, testing, migration, training, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead procurement and logistics work streams throughout the transformation program
- Drive future-state process design and implementation
- Facilitate requirements workshops and solution reviews
- Support testing, migration, training, and go-live activities
- Mentor project team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field
- 10+ years of procurement and supply chain transformation experience
- Experience leading at least two ERP implementations
