Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a full-time doorman for our Haleco building in Montreal. Are you said to be a versatile person, focused on customer service and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! A member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman has the main function of ensuring the security of the building.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)

Respond to customer service requests

Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him

Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)

Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)

Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures

Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior

Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)

Knowledge of fire safety rules

Removing snow and ice from sidewalks

Clear or salt exterior entrances

All other related tasks

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
