Purpose of the position

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager who has experience in operations and personnel management.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

Maintain and clean the premises

Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior

Be available to respond to emergencies

The ideal person has :

Autonomy, dynamism, versatility, sense of organization and initiative

Good judgment and priority management

Required qualifications :

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Experience in personnel management

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs

Ease in the use of computer tools

CPR training

In-depth knowledge of the components of a residence/building’s installations
